I cannot recommend Junior highly enough. He makes the complicated process of home-buying fun and enjoyable, and is incredibly well-informed about neighborhoods and properties. I especially appreciated his attention to the details. It comes through in all of his work. He is patient and listened to understand our specific interests when finding properties to view, and made sure we had a comprehensive understanding of different property types available that would fit our needs. When we found the property we loved, he negotiated on our behalf and made sure the closing process was transparent and smooth. We ran into an unexpected and stressful issue during the inspection, which he navigated and resolved on our behalf. We felt very fortunate to be able to work with Junior to find our home!

Junior is the absolute best. I've worked with him twice and bought two houses through him, and he's worked with numerous friends and colleagues of mine. First of all, spending lots of time with Junior while house hunting is a lovely experience — he's just a great person and is fun to be around, which is important given how much time a person spends with their real estate agent while house hunting. Additionally, as his client he makes you feel like you're his only client — he is extremely responsive and always seems to be solely focused on your house hunt. He is not pushy in the least, and I believe he genuinely wants all of his clients to find their dream home, whatever that means for the individual or family.
